Lider Industrial Ltd will stipulated the Business Terms and conditions for Phone Accessories wholesale and other tech products as below:
1. Privacy and Information
We only collect personal information that you specifically and knowingly provide to us. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
However, to comply with local and international laws, regulations, or stock exchange requirements, we reserve the right to disclose your information without prior notice. Furthermore, we may use this information to identify, contact, or initiate legal action against anyone who infringes on our rights or creates a threatening situation. This includes responding to subpoenas or other judicial orders.
2. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Bank Wire Transfer
Please email us to request our account details for these methods.
For large purchases, we require payment by wire or telegraphic transfer (T/T). Importantly, we will send a confirmation email for every payment we receive, regardless of the method.
3. Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Please note that the purchase price of your order does not include potential import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes. Your country’s customs agency determines and levies these charges during import processing. You are solely responsible for paying all applicable fees, not Lider Industrial Ltd or our suppliers. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
4. Shipping Policy
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Typically, your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of confirmation.
While we detail available shipping methods, we reserve the right to choose the final carrier for your destination. For example, if you select FedEx, we might ship via UPS or a similar service to ensure the best efficiency.
5. Warranty & Returns
5.1 Warranty Coverage
We warrant our products against defects in workmanship and materials. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage from human error or improper use.
5.2 Reporting Damage or Faults
You must report any items damaged during transit or found to be faulty upon arrival within one week of receipt.
For visible damage: Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
For all returns: You must first request a Return Request Form by emailing us at general@lideraccessories.com. Then, return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
5.3 Process for Returns & Refunds
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, our technical staff will inspect it.
For confirmed damaged or faulty items, we will replace the product or refund you via your original payment method. We will also cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If our inspection finds no fault with the returned item, we will send it back to you, and you will be responsible for the associated freight costs.
