Lider Industrial Ltd will stipulated the Terms and conditions in business for wholesale as below:
We do not collect personal identifiable information except the information the visitors specifically or knowingly provide.
We will not sell, trade or rent personal identifiable information to the 3rd party.
We also reserve the right to disclose visitors or customers information for special purpose per the local or international laws,regulation or listing requirement, or by any stock/securityties exchange governmental or regulatory authority. We would use the information to identify,contact or bring legal action against infring,threatening or other important situations. In this case, we reserve the right to disclose,without notice to you,personal information in response to a subpoena or other judicial order.
So far we accept Western Union, Paypal and bank/Wire Transfer. Our payment information are as below:

Large amount of purchase is required to pay by wire transfer or T/T only. We will send out confirmation email when the payment is confirmed for all payment methods.
Most products are subject to the payment of import duties(e.g. in the US) or other duties and other charges including vaue-added tax(VAT) or other taxes. If these are applicable,they will be determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country. Please check with your customs for the duties and taxes for the products you purchase.
All applicable duties and taxes,if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your expensive and not borne by Lider or our suppliers.
We reserve the rights to ship to some destinations even we detail in the description or the freight details.
When you choose one shipping method as Fedex, we might ship out by UPS or other.
We ship from Monday to Friday. Usually, it will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.
We are responsible for all defectives due to the workmanship or materials. Warranty does not cover human mistakes or improper use of the product.
Items damaged in Transit
Any items damaged in transit, please report to us within a week of your receipt. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all complete accessories and documentations. Once returns arrive at our warehouse, we will replace for you or refund to you via your original payment method. We will bear some reasonable return carriage costs.
Item faulty on Arrival
If any item arrives with fault, you have also one week to report to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all complete accessories and documentations. Once returns arrive at our warehouse, we will check. A faulty item would be replaceable or refundable. Our technical staff would check the returned items. A returned item is found not to be faulty and we will return the item to the returner. In this situation, the returner would be responsible for the freight and other costs.
